Commonly asked questions to do with memberships.
Thank you for your support! At present, memberships are processed manually and may take up to 24 hours to process, although it is usually much quicker!
If it's been longer than 24 hours or you have a problem then please get in contact via your membership provider you signed up with i.e. via either Ko-fi or Patreon.
If you enter your Discord handle on either Ko-fi or Patreon prior to signing up then it should be assigned automatically. I endeavour to manually try to allocate Discord roles where this hasn't been entered.
If your account has been activated but you have no Discord role after activation then please get in contact via where you signed up i.e. either Ko-fi or Patreon and I will try to rectify it for you!
If you would like to upgrade or downgrade your membership to a different tier then it can be done so through your membership provider of choice:

Please note that if you do not have an active membership and the price increases, and you later return, you will unfortunately have to pay the higher price.
Cancelling your membership can be done so through your membership provider of choice:
Once your membership is cancelled it will no longer renew. You can check when your member benefits will end via the membership page.
Renewals are currently processed semi-automatically. They as usually processed in 24 hours but may take longer. If your membership renewed on time then there should be no break in your membership!
